Salary is what you have to pay every night. There are 2 ways to pay your salaries, manually or automatically. When your paying manually, you need to find your pay salary button on your profile, put the amount needed in your wallet, and click it by 11:45 pm that night. If not, at midnight, you may lose staff. If you cannot pay your salaries manually, your swiss bank will pay your salary for you automatically "if" it has enough money in it. In order to pay them automatically, you have to have the salary amount in your swiss bank before 11:45 pm that night. Your profile will tell you how much your total salary is for your staff. A description in your Cash statement will tell you if your salary has been paid, and if you have not paid, and what staff have left you. Some other items require a salary/upkeep as well. Make sure you pay salary either manually via wallet, or automatically via swiss bank, everyday.

If a sponsor wants to pay your salary, he needs to click pay manually on his sponsors page. Sponsorships do not work auto at midnight, like regular salaries do.

To hire a hitman has an inital cost. The actual contract hit attempt costs more and varies on amount based on whether you want to kill an agent, bodyguard or try to kill the person outright.

Im trying to make a contract kill on a higher ranking person with a hitman. Does rank make a difference?

A hitman can outright kill any rank including a don in the game but the price goes up and the chance goes down as the rank goes up.

Security guards help a person in their business. The more security guards protecting your business. The greater the chance of it not being robbed by another player.

You dont need it as long as you dont die. IF you die, then it will give you 300k to start so that you can buy some inventory and reestablish yourself in a family faster.
