Why can't I email my Don?
Most likely you aren't the proper rank to comuunicate with your don. Underbosses and Consiglieres are the only player ranks allowed to email the don directly. You may only email 2 levels above u at max.

Im a capo in my family and Im trying to email my crew some jobs to do. Is there an easy way to email them without having to compose a letter for each person individually? Does each rank differ in their ability to email people in the game?
There is a button located below the member search area that will allow you to select your entire crew to email them directly. A Don will be able to email his entire family as well as Consiglieres. Lieutenant can email all their soldiers and there immediate capo. Underbosses can email their crew, don or consigliere.
