What are the different moods and how did they work?
There is 3 moods that families "can" feel towards each other. Peace, Neutral, and War. These moods change dependant on 2 things, Time and Aggression from 1 family into another. (example: Family A is aggressing INTO Family B. Family B's mood towards family A will start to rise). As Family A continues to attack in Family B, the mood will rise more. It will rise to Neutral eventually, and then perhaps into WAR if it still persists. Of course, agressing a high rank official may pump up the mood much quicker then bothering a soldier. The chance to hit odds during peace mood act are difficult odds, and will result in the increase of failed attempts in that family. Neutral's settings are higher, and of course WAR is the highest chance to hit sucessfully. Many ppl are missing shots, and now you know the reason. So if you are looking to start trouble, then start it. Dont try killing people while your mood is peace, unless your ok with many failures and little sucess, or of course if your Trying to raise the other families mood towards you. ALL aggressive 1 on 1 features are included with the exceptions of any anonymous features.

What type of challenges are in the game and How can I issue one?
There are two challenges that families can issue towards other families while both are in a war mood. Power challenge, and Wealth challenge. Both challenges can and should be used to attempt to advance your family into the Top Family Rankings wealth and Power. Power challenge will allow the Don or Consig the chance to set up 2 things, the goal and the wager. the power goal is a kill. (annonomous features not included) and the wager is the amount of stats the losing family will drop (all players) and winner will gain(all players). (example: Family A sets a challenge to kill 1 mobster, for .01 stats and sends the invite. Upon accepting both parties will fight to get 1 kill) whoever gets it will receive .01 stats to his whole family, and the loser will drop .01 from all family members). Wealth challenge has the same 2 goals, only 1 is a set number of money made off the family, and 1 is the wager.(example: Family A sets the goal to 1 mil, and wages 10k. Upon acceptance ALL money made From 1 family that goes into the other family any way they can using the aggressive features will be added up and the first one to reach 1 mil will receive the wager pot).

During war mode does the % on hitmen success rise? During war mode do you get inventory and business if you kill with a contract?
With the contract, you get the inventory if the contract is written and is successful. There is no transfer of business in any mood with a contract.
